Green Arrow Consultancy assisted Tourism Tropical North Queensland’s (TTNQ) sustainability initiative, supporting the organisation to establish and activate the Sustainability Leaders Cluster Group, a collaborative network of proactive members sharing best practice, resources and mentorship.
Through a combination of workshops, coaching and case study development, Green Arrow helped member businesses build practical knowledge around carbon reporting, ESG education, circular economy opportunities, and peer-to-peer learning. A key milestone of the program was advancing carbon literacy across the region, demystifying measurement tools and connecting operators with realistic pathways toward certification, impact storytelling and positive change.
Green Arrow’s role extended beyond facilitation including supporting industry engagement and connection, assisting with initiatives such as the Reforest tree planting day in the Mabi Rainforest with Terrain NRM and coordinating industry excursions using CAPTA’s electric bus to visit Small World Journeys and Cairns Airport, giving members hands-on exposure to sustainability in action.
As connector, facilitator, educator, and supporter, Green Arrow also managed the program’s monthly eDM communications, ensuring TTNQ members received regular updates, shared resources and showcased success stories from across the region.
Green Arrow Consultancy’s leadership in this project demonstrates its strength in driving sustainability transitions through education, connection, and strategic delivery, reinforcing TTNQ’s position as a destination committed to regenerative tourism and climate action.
