Both Nikki Giumelli and Patrick McLoughlin bring formal educational experience to their consultancy work. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Education (English) and a Master of International Tourism and Hospitality Management (MITHM), while Patrick is a qualified Trainer and Assessor (TAE). Nikki lectures at James Cook University, teaching Master’s and MBA students in tourism, sustainability, and strategic leadership, while Patrick teaches at TAFE’s Marine College, developing the technical and operational capability of Australia’s marine workforce.
Their shared experience ensures Green Arrow Consultancy remains deeply connected to current industry research, workforce needs, and the evolving education landscape.
Beyond the classroom, Nikki is a sought-after speaker, regularly engaging with schools, industry events, and community groups. A recent presentation to HSC Geography students from Presbyterian Ladies’ College, focused on sustainable tourism and reef management, captured this impact perfectly.
